oneSatori – For Beginners, for Masters, and for Everyone In Between
The five steps of the oneSatori inner practice make up the entire system. The beauty of this approach is that it is so simple and flexible that it works beautifully for beginners, seasoned practitioners, and everyone in between.
The oneSatori system emerged through an inner journey that brought together the practices and approaches that proved most effective, both on their own and in combination. You will probably recognize parts of other practices in it right away.
The depth you can reach never depends on the practice itself. One of the main reasons the oneSatori system came together the way it did was the search for a way back from the depths to the surface.

Let me explain…
With the previous steps – Invite the current truth and Observe and integrate – you can, like Alice, go down the rabbit hole into the wonderland of your own inner world. And while that journey, just as in her case, can lead toward awakening through moments of chaos and the collapse of old inner structures, spending too long in wonderland can be exhausting. The more time you spend in the depths, the harder it can be to return to the surface. Of course, that also depends a lot on your own tendency to explore the unconscious.

Balance was necessary.
That balance revealed itself in Step 4 – Conscious Release and Co-operation. This step is such a powerful part of the whole story that, despite part of its name – Conscious Release – it also allows for completely unconscious release through conscious co-operation. I say allows because that still depends on several factors. One of them, and one worth paying special attention to, is this – when you are doing inner work, it helps to know what is actually being resolved 🙂
This part of the practice is simplicity at its highest level. It requires very little effort, and it is highly effective. Why does it work? Because the Universe loves us ♥️
Here is an example of how to consciously co-operate in this way:
Let’s say you feel pain or pressure in your shoulder blade. Instead of trying to figure out what may be causing the pain and bringing that into awareness, you go straight to the mantra:
I am willing to release the pain in my shoulder blade.
I surrender all of this pain, with trust, to the light of my Soul and to the higher intelligence of the Universe. I ask for the healing of all causes and effects in the totality my being, and for my highest good.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Everything that can be resolved and healed on all levels, without me first having to consciously see it and understand it as part of the learning, will be healed. And if, after some time, the shoulder blade still hurts, then clearly there is still something that needs to be brought into awareness 🙂
Why is this so powerful? Because within us we carry enormous amounts of information and energy that we no longer need – if for no other reason than the fact that we live on Earth and not for the first time – and because of free will, none of it can be released for transformation without our permission. Imagine a hoarder – always collecting, never letting anything go. We are so powerful that we can live like that and still say we are fine.

Give yourself that relief, and allow everything that is no longer needed to leave. In this example, I used something very simple – pain that we happen to feel in the moment. But you can also work with something much deeper, such as healing the family line. Even so, I would still recommend bringing as much awareness as possible to the processes that are taking place.
And that is why anyone can, with very little effort, successfully use whatever resonates with them in that moment. oneSatori is the Universe’s way of inviting us to co-operate on all levels, and in the way that suits us at that particular time.
