The Inner Practice in 5 Steps
oneSatori is designed as a structured daily practice through which — with a simple approach of acceptance, respect, and readiness for a more conscious life — we can dissolve inner blockages and align with what is authentic for us.
oneSatori emerged from years of personal growth and inner work through understanding energy and the deeper layers of consciousness. The inspiration comes from moments of clarity and peace (Satori) — from encounters with ourselves when we recognise what is true. Acceptance and conscious co-operation with ourselves and the higher intelligence of the Universe open space for healing on different levels of our being.
oneSatori — The Inner Practice in 5 Steps
- Enter stillness
- Invite the current truth
- Observe and integrate
- Consciously release and co-operate
- Return to life
Enter Stillness
The first step is creating mental and emotional space in your own way. Some enter meditation, some sit in the sun and watch clouds, some listen to the rain. What matters is to feel yourself — here and now.
It is not even necessary to silence the noise in the mind. Slowing down is enough.
Invite the Current Truth
This requires honesty and a little courage.
Ask your intuition (your higher self, your soul — however you experience it) to show you what is now ready to be seen. This might be a thought, an emotional situation, a relationship, or an experience that carries charge.
Do not search. Allow it to appear.
The theme that appears is what is currently blocking you most from living harmoniously and in balance.
Observe and Integrate
The key to integration is self-love.
Whatever appears — however uncomfortable — allow yourself to see and feel it. Know that all feelings and all thoughts are completely okay. Accept that this part of you exists. Respect its right to think and feel as it does. Love it exactly as it is.
If you feel ready, you can repeat: “I accept, respect, and love myself exactly as I am.”
Allow the emotional and mental charge to soften through understanding.
Consciously Release and Co-operate
In processes like these, it becomes clear over time that the key lies in perspective and mutual respect. What we consciously see is often only part of a wider picture. Many connections and causes remain outside our immediate awareness.
The space for resolution is therefore not limited to what we can understand with the mind. When we consciously express the will to release, we allow what lies beyond our current awareness to be resolved as well.
We allow this by showing readiness and accepting the support of the higher intelligence of the Universe so that what is now ready for healing can be healed.
- I am willing to release ________ .
- I surrender ________ with trust to the higher intelligence of the Universe and ask for healing of all causes and effects in the totality of my being, and for my highest good.
- Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
With this you consciously give permission for co-operation.
What can be resolved — will be resolved.
What needs to become conscious — will be brought to awareness.
Return to Life
Stay in stillness for a few moments or for as long as you feel you need. Trust the process and continue with your day, knowing that everything is in accordance with your highest good. Integration happens through living.
Foundation — Free Will
The foundation of the methodology is free will.
Nothing happens without our inner permission — whether we give it consciously or unconsciously. When in the healing process we express free will and give permission, what can be resolved without further conscious insight will be resolved. What cannot will be brought to consciousness — and then we can again choose how to approach it.
In the oneSatori approach you retain your personal power and responsibility at every moment. Even when you seek support and co-operate with the Universe, the decision remains yours.
